Instrustions:

Step 1: Remove the moxa from the paper (Do not remove the moxa from the base).

Step 2: Locate the acupuncture points and stick the moxa to the desired point.

Step 3: Light the moxa and enjoy. (Beginners should start with the gentle type, using the moxa 1 time per day, 1-3 pieces per point. Please consult your acupuncturist for reference).

Step 4: Once the moxa has cooled completely, remove it and place it in water or a jar (no cleaning needed).
